About DTFPro
What is DTFPro?
DTFPro is a platform for DTF and large-format print shops in Brazil. Each print shop gets its own personalized online storefront — with the shop's name, logo, and colors — where clients place orders, upload files, compose sheet layouts, pay via Pix, and track production in real time.
How much does DTFPro cost?
DTFPro offers monthly plans for print shops. If you are a client of a print shop, you pay nothing to use the portal — only for the print services you order.
Do I need to install any software?
No. DTFPro runs entirely in your web browser. Just open your print shop's store link and create an account. We recommend up-to-date browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
Does DTFPro work on mobile?
Yes. The client portal is responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. The Sheet Builder (canvas editor) offers the best experience on larger screens — a computer or tablet.
In which languages is DTFPro available?
DTFPro is available in Portuguese (PT-BR) and English (EN). You can switch languages using the flag button in the top-right corner of the portal.
Account and Access
How do I create an account?
Open the print shop's portal and click Create Account or Sign Up. Enter your name, email, and password. You can start placing orders immediately after registration.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login screen, click Forgot my password. Enter your email address and you will receive a link to set a new password.
What is a magic link?
Some print shops offer password-free login. You enter your email, receive a temporary link by email, and click it to access the portal directly — no password required.
Can I update my email or password?
Yes. Go to My Account in the portal to update your email, name, and password.
How do I delete my account?
Contact the print shop directly. Account deletion is handled by the administrative team.
Can I have a personal account and a company account at the same time?
Yes. Your personal account remains active even after linking to a company. When placing orders, you choose whether to pay with your personal wallet or the company wallet.
Orders
How do I place an order?
- Log in to the print shop's portal
- Choose a print service on the home page
- Upload your artwork files or select a ready-made design from the catalog
- Review the dimensions and price
- Confirm and pay
What is the order number?
Each order receives a unique number in the format #PH-XXXX (e.g., #PH-0042). Use this number to track your order status and when communicating with the print shop.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled at any stage except after delivery. Open the order and click Cancel Order, or contact the print shop.
How long does an order take?
The timeframe depends on the service, the area to be printed, and the print shop's current workload. Track the status in the portal or ask the print shop directly.
What does each order status mean?
| Status | What is happening |

| Awaiting Pickup | Available for collection at the print shop |

Can I track an order without logging in?
Yes, if the print shop offers public tracking. Access the tracking URL with your order number. Ask the print shop for their tracking link.
Files and Artwork
Which file formats are accepted?
PNG, JPEG, PDF, TIFF, SVG, AI (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (CorelDRAW), and EPS.
What resolution should I use?
We recommend a minimum of 300 DPI for DTF printing. Lower resolution may result in pixelated or low-definition output in the final print.
Do I need to send my file with a transparent background?
For DTF Transfer, yes — submit a PNG file with a transparent background. For other services such as sublimation, the background may be filled as required by the design.
What is CMYK color mode?
CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) is the standard color model for printing. Artwork saved in RGB (the screen standard) may show color differences when printed. Whenever possible, save your file in CMYK before uploading.
What happens if my file does not meet the requirements?
If the print shop has pre-check enabled, an operator will review your files and may request corrections before sending to production. You will receive a notification and can reupload the corrected files.
Is there a file size limit?
Check with the print shop for their maximum file size. In general, very large files (above 100 MB) can be split into parts.
Payment
Which payment methods are accepted?
DTFPro accepts Pix and payment via Wallet (pre-loaded credit balance). Some print shops also offer payment links and Faturamento PJ for companies.
How do I pay via Pix?
When finalizing an order, select Pix as the payment method. Make the transfer to the Pix key provided by the print shop and upload the receipt in the portal. An operator will validate the payment.
How does the wallet work?
The wallet is a pre-paid balance inside DTFPro. You deposit an amount with the print shop and use the credits to pay for orders without sending a receipt each time. Orders paid with the wallet move to production immediately.
How do I add credits to my wallet?
Contact the print shop, specify the amount you want to deposit, make the payment via Pix, and wait for the print shop to confirm the credit in your wallet.
Do wallet credits expire?
No. Wallet credits have no expiry date.
What is a top-up bonus?
Some print shops offer extra credits when you deposit above a certain amount. For example: deposit R$ 500.00 and receive R$ 550.00 in credits. Check with the print shop for the available bonus tiers.
Pre-check (File Review)
What is pre-check?
Pre-check is a step in which a print shop operator reviews your order files before sending them to print. The goal is to ensure the artwork meets the required standards (resolution, color mode, transparent background, etc.) and to avoid issues in the final print.
Is pre-check mandatory?
It depends on the print shop's configuration. If pre-check is enabled, all orders go through the review before printing.
What happens if my file is rejected?
You will receive a notification with the reason for rejection and guidance on how to fix the issue. Open the order, correct the files as instructed, and resubmit for a new review.
How long does pre-check take?
The timeframe varies by print shop and current workload. Check with the print shop for their average review time.
Sheet Builder
What is the Sheet Builder?
It is a visual editor inside the portal that lets you position and arrange multiple artworks on a single print sheet. You drag, resize, and rotate images — and the system calculates the price in real time based on the total area covered.
Do I have to use the Sheet Builder?
No. You can upload individual files with defined dimensions. The Sheet Builder is an optional tool for those who want to optimize sheet usage and reduce costs.
How is the price calculated in the Sheet Builder?
The price is calculated by the total area (m²) of the artworks placed on the sheet, according to the service's pricing tiers. The larger the total area, the lower the price per m².
Can I save a layout to use later?
Yes. The canvas is saved automatically as you work. You can resume the order later without losing your progress.
Company (PJ)
How do I register my company?
Log in to the portal, go to My Account → Company, and click Register Company. Enter the Razão Social, CNPJ, and, if applicable, the Inscrição Estadual. You become the PJ Administrator of the company.
Can any user register a company?
Yes. Any authenticated user in the portal can register a company.
How do I invite team members to the company?
Go to Company → Members and click Invite Member. Enter the member's name, email, and password. They will be created and linked to the company automatically.
What is the shared wallet?
It is the company's credit balance, separate from each member's personal wallet. All members can use this balance to pay for orders. The print shop adds credits upon payment.
What is Faturamento PJ?
It is a payment mode in which the company places orders within a credit limit approved by the print shop and pays via invoice at the end of the period. Available only when the print shop enables this feature for your company.
Ready-Made Designs
What are ready-made designs (ready-to-press)?
They are pre-created artworks made available by the print shop in the catalog. You purchase them without uploading your own files — just choose a design, set the quantity, and pay.
Can I customize a ready-made design?
It depends on the print shop. Some designs allow color or text customization. Check with the print shop for available options.
Other
What is DTF?

Which fabrics are compatible with DTF?
DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, and most fabrics, including dark colors. It is one of the most versatile methods of textile customization.
Can I track my order status via WhatsApp?
Some print shops configure automatic WhatsApp notifications for status updates. Check with the print shop whether this feature is available.
I couldn't find the answer I was looking for. What do I do?
Contact the print shop through the support channel available in the portal (WhatsApp, email, or phone). The print shop team can help with questions specific to your order or account.
