Production Dashboard

The production dashboard provides a real-time overview of all orders and performance indicators for your print shop. It is the first screen you see when logging into the admin panel.

Prerequisites

  • An active Operator or Owner account in DTFPro
  • Logged into the admin panel

Step by Step

1. Access the Dashboard

When you log into the admin panel, the production dashboard is displayed automatically. You can also access it at any time by clicking Dashboard in the top menu.

At the top of the page you will find the address of your online store (e.g., demo.dtfpro.com.br). Click the link to open the store in a new tab, or click the copy icon to copy the full address.

3. Understanding the Indicators

The dashboard displays four cards with key indicators:

IndicatorWhat it shows
Orders in QueueTotal orders that are paid, under review, in production, or in finishing
Awaiting PaymentSubmitted orders that have not yet had payment confirmed
Orders TodayNumber of orders received on the current day
RevenueSum of all paid and active order values

Each card has a colored top border for quick identification.

4. Navigation Counters (Sidebar)

The side menu displays badges (highlighted numbers) next to each section, indicating how many items need attention:

  • Pre-check — number of items awaiting file review
  • Print Queue — number of active orders in production
  • Orders — number of orders with a pending action

These counters update automatically on each page load, so you can see at a glance where work is pending without opening each section.

5. Orders by Status Chart

Just below the indicators, the Orders by Status chart shows a horizontal bar for each order status in your print shop.

Orders by status chart

How to read the chart:

  • Each bar represents a status (e.g., Paid, In Production, Delivered)
  • Bars are color-coded by status — each color identifies a different stage:
    • Gray — Draft
    • Blue — Submitted
    • Amber — Awaiting Payment
    • Green — Paid
    • Violet — Awaiting Review
    • Orange — Changes Requested
    • Cyan — In Production
    • Pink — In Finishing
    • Dark Yellow — Ready
    • Dark Green — Delivered
    • Red — Canceled
  • The number to the right of each bar shows the exact order count for that status
  • Bars are sorted from highest to lowest count, making it easy to see where the largest volume of orders is concentrated
  • If there are no orders, the chart shows "No data available"

Tip: Use the chart to identify bottlenecks. If many orders are piling up in "Paid" but few are "In Production," it may be time to speed up production starts.

6. Quick Shortcuts

At the bottom of the dashboard, two shortcut cards allow quick navigation:

  • Print Queue (Kanban) — opens the Kanban board to manage production
  • Settings — access your print shop settings (owners only)

Click either card to go directly to the corresponding page.

What to Do with Each Status

In FinishingComplete cutting/pressing and advance to Ready
ReadyNotify the client for pickup or prepare shipment

Tips

  • Start the day on the dashboard to get an overview of the workload
  • Use the status chart to spot bottlenecks — many orders accumulated in one status signal that stage needs attention
  • Indicators and the chart refresh on every page load
  • Operators see the same dashboard data as the owner, but do not have access to settings, finance, or team management

Common Issues

"The dashboard numbers seem outdated"

Reload the page (F5 or Ctrl+R). Data is fetched from the server on each load.

"The chart is not showing"

The chart only appears after the data finishes loading. If the page is still loading, wait a few seconds and refresh.

"My dashboard looks different from the owner's"

Operators have the same production dashboard view as the owner, but do not have access to the settings, finance, or team menus.

"The sidebar counters show zero but there are pending orders"

Reload the page to refresh the counters. If the problem persists, verify that the order is actually in the expected status — open Orders and confirm the current status of each item.
