Company (PJ) — Quick Start

Welcome to DTFPro's Company mode! If your business places print orders frequently, the PJ account was designed to simplify everything: it centralizes orders, shares a credit balance across the team, and gives you full visibility of your printing expenses.

Why Use a Company Account?

• Shared wallet — load credits once and the entire team draws from the same balance to pay for orders, no need to send a Pix receipt for every purchase
• Multiple members — each team member has their own login and can place orders on behalf of the company
• Centralized orders — track every order placed by any team member in a single screen
• Deposit bonuses — the print shop may offer extra credits when you top up the wallet with larger amounts
• Faturamento PJ — depending on the print shop's plan, your company may have a credit limit and pay by monthly invoice

How it works in practice

1. A team member logs into the portal, selects a service, composes the order, and chooses Pay with Company Wallet
2. The amount is automatically deducted from the shared wallet
3. You, as the PJ Administrator, can monitor all company orders and transactions in real time

Tip

Orders paid with wallet credits are processed immediately — no waiting for a payment receipt to be validated. This reduces the time between placing an order and the start of production.

Getting Started

1. Create your personal account — register on the print shop's portal if you don't have an account yet
2. Register your company — enter your CNPJ, Razão Social, and additional details. You automatically become the PJ Administrator
3. Invite team members — add the colleagues who need to place orders for the company
4. Load the wallet — contact the print shop to deposit credits into the shared wallet
5. Place your first order — select a service, upload your files, and pay with the company balance
