Shared Wallet

The shared wallet is the company's credit balance — separate from each team member's personal wallet. All members linked to the company can use this balance to pay for orders, without needing to send a Pix receipt for every purchase.

Shared wallet panel

How it works

  • The company has a single credit balance shared among all members
  • When placing an order, the member selects Pay with Company Wallet — the amount is deducted automatically
  • The balance starts at R$ 0.00 when the company is first registered
  • Only the print shop can add credits (upon payment via Pix or another agreed method)
  • Wallet credits do not expire

Check the Balance

  1. Log in to the portal and click Company in the side menu
  2. Click Wallet
  3. The current balance is displayed prominently at the top of the page

All company members can see the balance, but only the print shop can perform top-ups.

Request a Wallet Top-Up

To add credits to the company wallet:

  1. Contact the print shop through their support channel (WhatsApp, email, or phone)
  2. Inform the amount you wish to deposit
  3. The print shop will send the Pix payment details
  4. After payment is confirmed, the credits are added to the company balance

Top-Up Bonuses

The print shop may offer bonus credits for top-ups above a certain amount. For example: deposit R$ 500.00 and receive R$ 50.00 in extra credits. Check with the print shop to find out the available bonus tiers. Bonuses apply to company wallet top-ups as well.

Use the Wallet on an Order

When checking out an order, at the payment step:

  1. Select the Company Wallet option
  2. The system shows the available balance and the order total
  3. If the balance is sufficient, click Confirm Payment
  4. The order moves to the production queue immediately — no waiting for a payment receipt to be validated

Insufficient balance

If the wallet balance is less than the order total, you will need to use another payment method (Pix with a receipt). Request a top-up from the print shop before placing the next order.

Transaction History

To view all movements in the company wallet:

  1. Go to Company → Wallet in the side menu
  2. View the complete transaction list

Company transaction history

Each line in the history shows:

FieldDescription
Date and timeWhen the transaction occurred
TypeTop-up (credit) or Order payment (debit)
AmountValue in R$ (+ for credit, – for debit)
Order numberFor debits, the associated order (#PH-XXXX)
MemberWho performed the transaction (for debits)

Track Spending by Member

To see how much each team member has spent:

  1. In the transaction history, use the By member filter
  2. Select the desired team member
  3. View only the debits linked to that member

This enables detailed internal cost control without needing external spreadsheets.

Faturamento PJ

Some print shops offer the Faturamento PJ mode: the company places orders without needing a wallet balance, within a pre-approved credit limit, and pays at the end of the period via invoice.

How do I know if Faturamento PJ is available?

The Pay by Invoice option appears on the payment screen only if the print shop has enabled this feature for your company. If in doubt, contact the print shop directly.

How Faturamento PJ works

  1. The print shop sets a credit limit for the company (for example: R$ 3,000.00 per month)
  2. Members place orders normally; instead of debiting the wallet, the amount is recorded on the invoice
  3. At the end of the agreed period, the print shop issues the charge
  4. After payment, the limit is renewed for the next period

Using Faturamento in an Order

  1. At the payment step, select Faturamento PJ
  2. The system shows the available limit and the company's total limit
  3. Confirm the order — it proceeds to production normally

Watch your limit

If the order total exceeds the available invoicing limit, the Faturamento PJ option will be disabled for that order. In that case, use the wallet or Pix.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the company wallet and the personal wallet separate?

Yes. They are completely independent. When paying for an order, you choose which wallet to use — personal or company. The balances never mix.

Do wallet credits expire?

No. Wallet credits have no expiry date.

Can a member top up the company wallet directly?

Not through the portal. Top-ups are performed by the print shop upon external payment (Pix). The member should ask the PJ Administrator or contact the print shop.

Do top-up bonuses apply to the company wallet?

Yes. The same bonus rules the print shop applies to personal wallet top-ups also apply to company wallet top-ups.

How do I know which member used the balance?

In the company transaction history, each debit shows the name of the member who placed the corresponding order.

The balance was not updated after my deposit

Credits are added by the print shop after payment confirmation. If the deposit was made but the balance has not appeared, contact the print shop and provide the Pix receipt.
