Register Company
Register your business (Pessoa Jurídica) on DTFPro to gain access to the shared wallet, member management, and centralized orders. Any user who is already logged in to the portal can register a company.
Prerequisites
- A personal account on the print shop's portal and an active login session
- Your company's active CNPJ
- Your Razão Social as it appears on your CNPJ registration
Step by Step
1. Access Company Registration
In the client portal, click your name in the top-right corner and select My Account. Then click Register Company in the "Company (PJ)" section.
Alternatively, use the side menu and click Company.
2. Fill in Your Company Details
Complete the form with your company's information:

Note
Inscrição Estadual is optional. Fill it in only if your company is an ICMS taxpayer and the print shop requires it for invoicing purposes.
3. Confirm Registration
Review the information you entered and click Register Company.
The system validates the CNPJ automatically. If the CNPJ is valid and not already registered, the company is created and you become the PJ Administrator of the company account.
4. Company Created Successfully
After registration, you will see a confirmation on screen. Your company will be available immediately with:
- Shared wallet with an initial balance of R$ 0.00
- Member management panel
- Company order history (initially empty)
What happens after registration
- You now have the PJ Administrator role — you can invite members, monitor orders, and request wallet top-ups
- Your personal (PF) account continues to work normally; when placing orders you choose whether to pay with your personal wallet or the company wallet
- The company wallet starts at zero — contact the print shop to make the first deposit

Frequently Asked Questions
A company with this CNPJ already exists
Each CNPJ can only be registered once per print shop. If someone else has already registered your company, contact whoever made the registration (the current PJ Administrator) or reach out to the print shop to resolve the situation.
Can I have a personal account and a company account at the same time?
Yes. Your personal (PF) account remains active. When placing an order, you choose whether to use your personal wallet or the company wallet. Both balances are completely independent.
Can I transfer administration to someone else?
The current PJ Administrator can invite another user as a member and then ask the print shop to transfer the administrator role, if needed.
Can I register more than one company?
This depends on the print shop's configuration. If you need to register more than one company, contact the print shop.
