Company Orders
Any member linked to the company can place orders on behalf of the company. Orders are centralized in a unified panel, visible to all members, making it easy to track progress and monitor spending.

Place an Order for the Company
1. Log in to the Portal and Select a Service
Log in to the print shop's portal and choose the desired print service on the home page.
2. Compose the Order
Build your order as usual:
- Upload your artwork files (PNG, PDF, JPEG, etc.)
- Set dimensions and quantity
- Or use the Sheet Builder to arrange multiple artworks on a single sheet
3. Select the Company as the Account
At the order review step, select Place order as company or choose your company from the list of payment profiles.

If you are linked to a company, this option will appear automatically. You can choose to place the order as an individual (personal wallet) or as a company (company wallet / Faturamento PJ).
4. Choose a Payment Method

|---|---|
| Company Wallet | When there is available balance in the shared wallet |
| Faturamento PJ | When the print shop has enabled invoice-based credit for your company |
| Pix | Direct payment; you send the receipt and wait for validation |
5. Confirm and Submit
Review the order summary and click Confirm Order. The order number (#PH-XXXX) will be shown on screen.
Wallet orders are faster
Orders paid with wallet credits move to the production queue immediately, without waiting for a Pix receipt to be validated.
Track Company Orders
Access the Orders Panel
In the side menu, click Company → Orders to view all orders placed by the company, regardless of which member placed them.

The list shows:

Filter Orders
Use the available filters to find specific orders:
- By member — orders from a specific team member
- By status — only orders at a particular stage
- By date range — set a start and end date
- By payment method — Pix, wallet, or Faturamento
View Order Details
Click on any order in the list to see the full information:
- Order items (files, dimensions, quantities)
- Status history with dates and times
- Payment method used
- Pre-check information (when applicable)
- Print proof photos (when available)
Order Statuses
Each order goes through stages. Here is what each status means:

| Submitted | Order sent; awaiting payment or review |
| Awaiting Payment Validation | Pix receipt sent; the print shop will confirm |
| Paid | Payment confirmed; order joins the production queue |
| Under Review (Pre-check) | Operator is analyzing the order files |
| Corrections Requested | Operator requested file adjustments; you need to respond |
| In Production | Order is being printed |
| In Finishing | Cutting, lamination, or other finishing steps |
| Ready | Order complete; awaiting pickup or shipment |
| Awaiting Pickup | Available for collection at the print shop |
| Shipped | In transit for delivery |
| Delivered | Order received by the client |
| Canceled | Order was canceled |
How the Print Shop Sees Company Orders
When an order is placed by a company member, the print shop team (owner and operators) can identify:
- The company name associated with the order
- The member's name who placed the order
- The payment method used (company wallet, Faturamento PJ, or Pix)
This makes communication, customer service, and invoicing easier.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can all members see company orders?
Yes. Any member linked to the company can access the orders panel and see all orders, regardless of who placed them.
Can a member cancel an order placed by another member?
Yes, as long as the order still allows cancellation (any status before "Delivered"). Open the order and click Cancel Order.
Does a company order also appear in my personal history?
No. Orders placed as a company appear only in the Company Orders panel. Orders placed as an individual appear in your personal history. Each type stays in its own panel.
Can I move an order from personal to company after it has been created?
No. The association between an order and the company is set at the time of creation and cannot be changed afterward.
What happens to orders in progress if I am removed from the company?
Your in-progress orders continue normally. Removal from the company does not cancel or alter orders that have already been created. However, you will lose access to the company orders panel after removal.
I cannot see orders from a specific member
Check that the member is correctly linked to the company. Orders placed before the member was linked to the company appear only in that member's personal history and not in the company panel.
