Create Account
Create your account on the print shop's portal to place print orders and track your purchases. Registration is quick, free, and done entirely in your browser — no app to install.
Requirements
- The print shop's storefront address (e.g.
demo.dtfpro.com.br) — provided by the print shop - A valid email address you check regularly
- A password of your choice (minimum 6 characters)
Option 1 — Register with email and password
1. Open the print shop's storefront
Open your browser and type the storefront address in the format printshopname.dtfpro.com.br. Each print shop has its own unique address.
TIP
Save the link in your browser bookmarks for faster access next time.
2. Click Create Account
On the storefront's home page, click the Create Account or Sign Up button, usually in the upper right corner or inside the navigation menu.
3. Fill in your details
Enter the information requested in the form:

4. Confirm registration
Click Create Account. You will be redirected automatically to the storefront, already logged in and ready to browse and place orders.
Option 2 — Passwordless access (magic link)
Prefer not to remember a password? DTFPro offers magic link login: enter your email and receive an access link directly in your inbox — no password required.
1. Click Sign in with Email Link
On the login screen, select the Sign in without password or Send access link option.
2. Enter your email
Type the email registered on the storefront and click Send Link.
3. Open the link in your email
Open the email you receive (check your Spam or Promotions folder too) and click Access my account. The link is valid for a limited time — use it promptly.
WARNING
The magic link is single-use. If it expires or has already been used, request a new link from the login screen.
Logging in after registration
If you already have an account:
- Open the print shop's storefront
- Click Sign In or Login
- Enter your email and password
- Click Access
Tips
- Use an email address you check regularly — all order notifications (confirmation, status updates, pre-check) will be sent there.
- If you represent a company (CNPJ), ask the company administrator to invite you as a member — this gives you access to the shared wallet.
- You can update your details at any time under My Account.
Common issues
"An account with this email already exists"
Each email can only be registered once per storefront. If you already have an account, click Sign In and use your password. If you have forgotten your password, use the Sign in with Email Link (magic link) option.
"I cannot open the storefront address"
Check that the address is correct (no "www" at the start). The link is provided by the print shop. Correct example: demo.dtfpro.com.br.
"I did not receive the magic link email"
Wait up to 2 minutes and check your Spam, Promotions, and Junk folders. If it still does not arrive, click Resend link on the login screen.
"The access link does not work"
The link may have expired or already been used. Go back to the login screen and request a new link by clicking Sign in with Email Link.
