Payment
After submitting your order, it is time to pay. DTFPro offers several payment methods — Pix, bank transfer, payment link, and digital wallet balance. Here is how each one works.

Requirements
- An order with Submitted status
- For Pix or bank transfer: your banking app installed and ready
Accessing the payment screen
After clicking Confirm and Submit, you are directed to the payment screen automatically. If you leave and need to come back:
- Go to My Orders
- Click the desired order
- Click Pay or View Payment Information
Payment methods
Pix (recommended)
Pix is the fastest method — payment is processed instantly.

The payment screen shows:
- QR Code — scan directly with your banking app
- Pix Copy-and-Paste code (BR Code) — paste into your banking app's payment field
- Exact amount to pay in R$
- Recipient name — confirm it matches the print shop's name
How to pay with Pix:
- Open your banking app
- Go to the Pix section > Pay
- Choose Scan QR Code (point your camera at the code on screen) or Pix Copy-and-Paste (paste the code copied from the portal)
- Confirm the amount and the recipient name
- Authorize the payment with your PIN or biometrics
- Save the receipt
Bank transfer
When available, this option shows the print shop's banking details:
- Bank
- Branch and account number
- CNPJ / CPF of the account holder
- Account holder name
- Exact amount to transfer
Complete the transfer in your banking app and save the receipt to upload in the next step.
Payment link
When available, a Pay with card or Open payment link button redirects you to a secure external environment (payment gateway) where you can pay with:
- Credit card
- Debit card
The order is updated automatically once the gateway confirms the payment.
Digital wallet balance
If you have credits in your digital wallet, you can use them to pay for the order:
- On the payment screen, your available balance is displayed automatically
- If the balance covers the full amount, the payment is deducted immediately — no receipt upload required
- If the balance is partial, you can combine it with Pix or bank transfer to cover the difference
TIP
Payments made with sufficient wallet balance are approved instantly — no receipt upload or manual validation required.
Uploading the payment receipt
For payments via Pix or bank transfer, you need to upload the receipt so the print shop can validate it.

Accepted formats for the receipt:
- Image: JPEG or PNG (e.g. a screenshot of the bank confirmation)
- Document: PDF (PDF receipt generated by the bank)
- Maximum size: 10 MB
How to upload:
- On the order screen, click Upload Receipt
- Select the receipt file (image or PDF)
- Click Confirm Upload
- The order status changes to Awaiting Payment Validation
What happens next
After uploading the receipt:
| Print shop action | Order status | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Payment validated | Paid | Wait — your order advances automatically to the next step |
| Receipt rejected | Submitted | Check the reason and upload a new receipt |
You will receive a notification by email and/or WhatsApp when the payment is validated or rejected.

Tips
- Pay the exact amount shown on screen — even small differences can cause the receipt to be rejected.
- Upload a legible receipt — it must clearly show the amount paid, date, time, and recipient name.
- Use Pix Copy-and-Paste if the camera cannot read the QR Code — it is equally safe and fast.
- Top up your wallet before ordering to speed up future payments — see how in My Account.
Common issues
"I paid but the status is still Submitted"
You need to upload the receipt through the portal. The system does not detect payments automatically — the print shop team validates manually after you upload the receipt.
"My receipt was rejected"
Open the order in the portal to see the reason. Common causes:
- Incorrect amount (different from what was shown on screen)
- Receipt is unreadable or cropped
- Payment was sent to the wrong recipient
Fix the issue and upload a new receipt through the portal.
"The QR Code does not work in my banking app"
Use the Pix Copy-and-Paste option: click Copy code on the payment screen and paste it into the corresponding field in your banking app (usually under Pix > Pay > Copy and Paste).
"I want to pay part with wallet and part with Pix"
This is possible. On the payment screen, your available wallet balance is displayed. If the balance does not cover the full total, the remaining amount is shown for payment via Pix or bank transfer. Upload the receipt for the remaining amount normally.
"I do not see the card payment option"
The payment link with card is only available when the print shop has configured a payment gateway. If the option does not appear, contact the print shop to find out which payment methods are available.
