Order Tracking

Track your order in real time — from submission through delivery. You can check the status through the portal (with login) or via the public tracking page (without login), at any time.

My Orders screen

Requirements

  • An order with an assigned order number (e.g. #PH-0042)

Track via the portal (with login)

1. Go to "My Orders"

Log in to the print shop's storefront and click My Orders in the navigation menu.

2. Filter and find your order

The list shows all your orders with:

  • Order number (e.g. #PH-0042)
  • Date created
  • Current status
  • Total amount

Use the status filters to quickly find orders at a specific stage (e.g. only paid orders, only orders ready for pickup).

3. Open the order details

Click an order to see all its information:

  • Status timeline — complete history of each status change with date and time
  • Order items — list of artworks, dimensions, quantities, and previews
  • Amount and payment — total value, payment method, and receipt status
  • Delivery method — pickup or shipping
  • Notes — messages from the print shop team
  • Proof photos — production photos added by the team during printing

Public tracking (without login)

You can check your order status without logging in — useful for sharing with others or checking from a different device.

1. Open the tracking page

In your browser, go to:

{slug}.dtfpro.com.br/track/{orderNumber}

Example:

demo.dtfpro.com.br/track/PH-0042

2. View the public status

The tracking page shows:

  • Current order status
  • Simplified timeline of completed steps
  • Estimated delivery time (when configured by the print shop)

3. Detailed access with a token

If you receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp, it contains an access token that shows additional information — such as order items and team notes — without requiring login.

TIP

Keep your order number (#PH-XXXX) — it is your reference for any communication with the print shop and for public tracking.

WARNING

Any order (except Delivered) can be Canceled — but orders already in production may incur cancellation costs.

Pre-check flow (file review)

If you requested pre-check when submitting the order, the print shop team reviews your files before starting production.

If the files are approved

The order advances directly to In Production — you receive a notification.

If there are issues with the files

The status changes to Changes Requested. You will receive a notification with details about the problem.

How to respond:

  1. Go to the order under My Orders
  2. Read the team's notes in the Messages or Pre-Check section
  3. Fix the issues in your files
  4. Click Upload Corrected Files and upload the new versions
  5. The order returns to Awaiting Pre-Check

This cycle repeats until all files are approved.

Cancel an order

You can cancel an order while it is in the early stages:

  1. Open the order details under My Orders
  2. Click Cancel Order
  3. Confirm the cancellation

WARNING

Orders already in production may not accept cancellation or may have associated costs. If in doubt, contact the print shop before canceling.

Tips

  • Keep your order number (#PH-XXXX) — you will need it for any support request.
  • Enable email notifications in your profile — you will be notified automatically on every status change.
  • Watch the proof photos added by the team — they show how the print turned out before delivery.
  • Public tracking works without login — share the link with anyone who needs to know the order status.

Common issues

"My order has been on the same status for a long time"

Production times vary depending on the print shop's workload and order complexity. If you have concerns about the turnaround, contact the print shop directly by phone, WhatsApp, or email shown on the storefront.

"I received 'Changes Requested' — what do I need to do?"

Open the order in the portal, read the team's notes about the issue found (resolution, color, bleed, etc.), fix the file, and resubmit by clicking Upload Corrected Files.

"The public tracking page cannot find my order"

Check that the number is correct, including the correct prefix (e.g. PH-0042). The direct tracking link received by email or WhatsApp is more reliable.

"I want to cancel but the button is not showing"

Orders in advanced stages (In Production, In Finishing) may not show the cancel button. In that case, contact the print shop directly.

"I am not receiving email notifications"

Check that the email address registered in My Account is correct. Also check your Spam and Promotions folders.
