Ready-to-Press Designs
Manage your print shop's catalog of ready-to-press designs. These are pre-made artwork files that clients can purchase directly from your storefront without needing to upload their own files.
Plan-exclusive feature
The Ready-to-Press Designs module is available only on plans that include the ready-to-press feature. Check your current plan under Settings → Plan.
Prerequisites
- An active Owner account on DTFPro
- Plan with the ready-to-press feature enabled
- Logged in to the admin panel at
admin.dtfpro.com.br
Access the Design Catalog
In the side menu, click Ready-to-Press Designs. You will see a grid with registered designs, each showing:
- Image thumbnail
- Design title
- Category (when provided)
- Price in R$
- Status (active/inactive)

If no designs have been registered yet, the screen will show a message indicating the catalog is empty.
Create a New Design
- Click New Design in the top-right corner
- Fill in the form:
- Title — a descriptive name for the design (e.g., "Floral Summer Print", "Football Team Crest")
- Category — to organize the catalog in the storefront (e.g., "Floral", "Geometric", "Kids"). Optional field
- Price (R$) — the selling price of the design (e.g.,
25.00)
- Upload the image (see instructions below)
- Click Create Design

Uploading the Image
The upload area supports two methods:
- Drag and drop — drag the file directly into the dashed area
- Click to select — click the dashed area to open the file picker on your computer
After selecting the image, a preview is displayed. To change the image before saving, click Change image.
Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, WebP
Maximum size: 10 MB
The system automatically generates an optimized thumbnail for display in the storefront. The original high-resolution image is stored separately for use in production.
Image quality
Always upload the image in high resolution (minimum 800 × 800 pixels). The thumbnail is generated automatically, but some of the original image quality is preserved.
Edit a Design
- In the design grid, click the desired design or hover and click Edit
- Change the fields you want: title, category, price
- To replace the image, drag or select a new one in the upload area
- Click Save Design

Activate or Deactivate a Design
Use the Active toggle in the edit form:
- Activated — the design appears in the storefront for clients to purchase
- Deactivated — the design is hidden from the storefront but remains in the catalog
This is useful for temporarily removing a design without deleting it — for example, with seasonal designs.
Delete a Design
- In the design grid, click Delete (red button) next to the design
- A confirmation dialog appears showing the design title
- Click Delete to confirm or Cancel to go back
Attention
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Prefer deactivating the design if you only want to hide it temporarily.
How Clients See Designs
In your storefront ({your-shop}.dtfpro.com.br), ready-to-press designs appear in a dedicated section. Clients can:
- Browse the catalog filtered by category
- View the image in a larger size
- See the price of each design
- Add to their order directly, without needing to upload a file
Tips
- Use high-quality images — they are your storefront showcase and directly influence sales
- Organize by categories — well-defined categories help clients find what they are looking for
- Descriptive titles — names like "Delicate Rose Floral Print" convert better than "Design 01"
- Deactivate seasonally — reactivate holiday designs (Christmas, Mother's Day) without having to recreate them
- Collections — use a title prefix to group collections (e.g., "Summer 2025 — Beach", "Summer 2025 — Tropical")
Common Issues
"The Ready-to-Press Designs module is not in the menu"
This feature is only available on plans that include ready-to-press. Contact DTFPro support to check your plan.
"The thumbnail looks low quality"
Upload the original image in high resolution (minimum 800 × 800 pixels). The system generates the thumbnail automatically. Small images amplify pixelation.
"The design is not showing in the storefront after creating it"
Check that the Active toggle is enabled on the edit screen.
"The upload failed or took too long"
Check that the file is PNG, JPEG, or WebP and does not exceed 10 MB. Try compressing the image before uploading using tools like TinyPNG or Squoosh.
"I want to update the artwork without losing the design data"
Open the design for editing and upload a new image in the upload area. The title, category, and price are preserved.
