Setup Wizard
The Setup Wizard walks you through 4 steps to get your store ready to receive orders. It is ideal for new accounts and helps you start using DTFPro quickly.

Prerequisites
- Have an Owner account created on DTFPro
- Be logged in to the admin panel at
admin.dtfpro.com.br
How to Access
After logging in to the panel, click Set Up Your Shop in the menu or navigate directly to /setup. You will see the title Set Up Your Shop and a progress bar showing which step you are on.
Step by Step
The wizard has 4 steps. Each time you complete a step, the progress bar advances. You can return to any previously completed step by clicking its number in the progress bar.
Step 1 — Visual: Visual Identity
In this step, you define your store's look: logo and brand colors.

What to fill in:
- Store Logo — click Upload Logo and choose an image from your computer. Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, WebP. After uploading, a thumbnail of your logo appears on screen.
- Primary Color — the main color used in buttons, links, and highlights throughout your storefront. Type the color code in hexadecimal format (e.g.,
#3B82F6) or click the colored square next to the field to open the color picker. - Secondary Color — a complementary color to the primary. Fill it in the same way.
When you are done, click Next to proceed.
Brand colors
The colors you choose here are applied automatically to your storefront. Choose colors that match your logo and represent your brand.
Step 2 — Contact: Contact Information
Here you fill in the details your clients will see when they visit your store.

What to fill in:
- Store Name — the name displayed to your clients (e.g., "Impact Print Shop", "DTF Express")
- Support Email — the contact email shown to clients (e.g.,
contact@yourshop.com) - WhatsApp — phone number with area code for direct contact (e.g.,
(11) 99999-9999) - Address — physical address of your print shop, if you offer in-person service (optional field)
When you are done, click Next to proceed.
Going back
The Previous button lets you return to the previous step at any time to correct information.
Step 3 — Service: Register Your First Service
Create your first service so clients can start placing orders.

What to fill in:
- Service Name — describes the type of print you offer. Examples: "DTF Printing", "Banner Printing", "Sublimation Transfer"
- Billing Unit — defines how the service is measured and charged. Options are:
- Linear meter — charged per meter of length
- A3 Sheet — charged per A3-format sheet
- A4 Sheet — charged per A4-format sheet
- Unit — charged per piece
- Price per Unit (R$) — the base amount charged per unit (e.g.,
35.00)
When you are done, click Create Service. After the service is created, the button changes to Next.
Attention
After creating the service in this step, the fields are locked within the wizard. To edit the name, unit, or price later, go to Services in the panel menu after finishing the wizard.
Step 4 — Review: Check and Finish
The final step shows a summary of everything you configured.

What is shown:
- Visual — confirmation of whether the logo was uploaded and the colors set (with a visual color swatch for each)
- Contact — store name, support email, and WhatsApp on file
- Service — service name, billing unit, and base price
Check that everything looks correct. If you need to adjust something, use the Previous button or click the desired step number in the progress bar.
When you are satisfied, click Finish and Go to Dashboard to complete setup and access the main panel.
Tips
- You can skip and come back — if you do not have the logo handy, for example, move on and return later. Completed steps remain saved.
- Everything can be changed later — all settings made in the wizard can be edited at any time under Store Settings and Services.
- Only 1 service in the wizard — the wizard registers only your first service. To add more, go to Services after finishing.
- Colors with hex codes — if you already have your brand colors in hex format (e.g.,
#FF5733), paste them directly into the field. Otherwise, use the color picker.
Common Issues
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Logo does not appear after upload | Check that the file is PNG, JPEG, or WebP. Try a file smaller than 10 MB. |
| The Next button is disabled | Wait for saving to finish. If it persists, reload the page. |
| The service was not created | Make sure the Service Name field is filled in — it is required. |
| Error when saving | Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact support. |
| I want to change the created service | Go to Services in the panel side menu. There you can edit the name, unit, and price tiers. |
| Storefront colors did not update | Clear the browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+R) or open in a private/incognito tab. |
